Ingredients
- 1 paprika
- 1 lb cod fillets
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper (white)
Mix margarine and lemon juice. In another bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper, dip fish into margarine mixture then into flour mixture. Place fish in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour remaining margarine mixture over fish before baking.
