Ingredients
- 1 paprika
- 210 gr cod fillets
- 55 gr margarine
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (white)
Mix margarine and lemon juice. In another bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper, dip fish into margarine mixture then into flour mixture. Place fish in 8 x 8 x 5 cm baking pan and bake at 180ÂșC or 25 to 30 minutes. Pour remaining margarine mixture over fish before baking.
