Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 5 1/2 c flour
- 1 lb butter
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp lemon rind (grated)
- 1 pinch salt
Mix like any pastry. Add all ingredients in bowl. Cut butter into mixture to make a dough. Roll it out and cut into any shape.
Fill with jams, jellys or nut fillings, or top with egg whites beaten stiff.
