Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 2 parsely flakes (dried)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 italian seasoning
- 2 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar (white)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
Place steak in a shallow dish or large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the meat. Cover or seal and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat; discard marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals until meat is cooked as desired, about 6-7 minutes per side for rare, 8-10 minutes per side for medium or 11-13 minutes for well-done.
