Ingredients
- 8 miniature marshmallows (frozen)
- 2 eggs (whole)
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 2 c chocolate chips
- 1 c soft butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 c pecans (chopped)
- 5/8 c cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Combine dry ingredients except sugar and set aside. Mix sugar and butter, blend welladd eggs and vanilla. Combine with flour mixture. Add chips and nuts. Batter will be very stiff. Take 4 frozen marshmellows in hand-Take a heaping tablespoon of dough, wrap dough completely around marshmellows. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased pan. Bake at 400 for 8-10 min.
