Ingredients
- 8 miniature marshmallows (frozen)
- 2 eggs (whole)
- 375 gr all purpose flour
- 325 gr chocolate chips
- 230 gr soft butter
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 55 gr cocoa
- 9 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking soda
Combine dry ingredients except sugar and set aside. Mix sugar and butter, blend welladd eggs and vanilla. Combine with flour mixture. Add chips and nuts. Batter will be very stiff. Take -20ºC rozen marshmellows in hand-Take a heaping tablespoon of dough, wrap dough completely around marshmellows. Place 5 cm apart on ungreased pan. Bake at 200ºC or 8-10 min.
