Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 lentils (cooked)
- 2 ts coriander (ground)
- 1 ts cumin (ground)
- 1/2 ts turmeric (ground)
- 1/2 ts chili powder
- 1/2 ts ginger (ground)
Combine all of the ingredients in a small sacuepan. Cook gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, to allow the flavors to blend. Chill for 1 hour. "The New McDougall Cookbook".
