Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c quaker oats
- 1/2 c green pepper (chopped)
- 3 tb margarine
- 1/4 c coarsely onion (chopped)
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 3 tb parsley (minced)
- 3/4 ts chili powder
- 3/4 ts paprika
margarine. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve with chicken. Makes 4 servings.
