• 2 lb meat
• 2 c wine
• 1 lb suet
• 2 lb apple
• 1 lb raisins
• 1 lb currants
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 t pepper
• 1 t mace
• 1 t nutmeg
• some wine
• some which will maintain its texture during fermentation
