Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lb firm tofu (drained)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 lb snow peas
- 3 tb soy sauce
- 1/4 lb mushrooms (sliced thin)
- 2 tablespoons water (cold)
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 2 ts gingerroot (minced)
- 3/4 ts cornflour dissolved in
- 1 slice onion (halved)
for 30 seconds and serve the tofu mixture over the rice. Serves 2
