Ingredients
- 4 1/4 mini marshmallows divided
 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 - 1 1/2 cups broken up pretzels preferably (unsalted)
 - 3/4 cup peanuts (chopped roasted)
 - 1/2 cup raisins
 - 3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 
1. In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in 3-1/4 cups marshmallows until melted. O ff heat, add vanilla.
2. In large bowl, mix together peanuts, raisins and pretzels. Add marshmallow mixture and stir to coat. Let cool slightly and add remaining marshmallows an d chocolate chips.
3. Spray hands with cooking spray and roll mixture into haystacks or ball-shap es and place on waxed paper lined baking sheets. Chill until set.
