Ingredients
- 4 1/4 mini marshmallows divided
- 240 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 200 gr broken up pretzels preferably (unsalted)
- 150 gr peanuts (chopped roasted)
- 85 gr raisins
- 26 gr butter (unsalted)
- 4 gr vanilla
1. In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in 3- quarter cups marshmallows until melted. O ff heat, add vanilla.
2. In large bowl, mix together peanuts, raisins and pretzels. Add marshmallow mixture and stir to coat. Let cool slightly and add remaining marshmallows an d chocolate chips.
3. Spray hands with cooking spray and roll mixture into haystacks or ball-shap es and place on waxed paper lined baking sheets. Chill until set.
