Ingredients
- 48 miniature marshmallows
- 2 eggs
- 240 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr gold medal all-purpose flour
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 110 gr margarine
- 2 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat margarine and half cup of the chocolate chips in 1 litre saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted; remove from heat and cool. Mix remaining chocolate chips, the melted chocolate mixture and remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press 1 marshmallow in center of each Bake about 8 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cook on wire rack. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
