Ingredients
- 12 skillet over high heat
- 14 pound turkey
- 16 oz bulk sausage
- 1 1/4 c wild rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/4 c long rice (uncooked grain)
- 1 c walnuts (chopped)
- 5 oz sized mushrooms (fresh)
- 2 tb butter
- 4 slices celery ribs
- some black pepper
heat, toast walnuts 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown. Cool before adding to stuffing.
