Ingredients
- 12 skillet over high heat
- 3,200 gr turkey
- 260 gr bulk sausage
- 150 gr wild rice (uncooked)
- 150 gr long rice (uncooked grain)
- 120 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 50 gr sized mushrooms (fresh)
- 28 gr butter
- 4 slices celery ribs
- some black pepper
heat, toast walnuts 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown. Cool before adding to stuffing.
