Ingredients
- 1 filling
- 3/4 caramel topping
- 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c melted butter
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 c quick-cooking oats
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c nuts (chopped)
- 3 tbsps flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
In large bowl combien crust ingredients and blend well. Press half of mixture in a 9" square pan. Bake at 350�F for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate c hips and nuts. Blend topping with flour and spread over all. Sprinkle with remain ing crust crumbs and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden.
