Ingredients
- 3/8 c safflower
- 2 tb orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 tb honey
- 1/2 tb wine vinegar
- 1/4 ts dry mustard
- 1/8 ts salt
Combine ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Makes 1/2 cup, enough for 4. For Creamy Orange Honey Mustard Dressing add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise to 1/4 cup of above dressing. Toss with DRY, mixed, chilled 4 to 6 servings.
