Ingredients
- 70 gr safflower
- 30 ml orange juice concentrate
- 7 ml honey
- 7 ml wine vinegar
- 1 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr salt
Combine ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Makes half cup, enough for 4. For Creamy Orange Honey Mustard Dressing add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, quarter cup yogurt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise to 0.25 cup of above dressing. Toss with DRY, mixed, chilled 4 to 6 servings.
