Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 c tomatoes stewed
- 1/2 c dry wine (white)
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 tb parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c basil
- 1 ts olive oil
- 1/2 ts black pepper
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic until tender. Remove from heat and pour wine. Return it to the heat. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Serve over cooked pasta.
