Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli trimmed
- 1 stick
- 1 cup broccoli cooking water
- 1 pound shell macaroni
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 6 slices garlic (cloves sliced)
Place cooked pasta into large bowl. Pour broccoli sauce over pasta. Toss to coat and serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. YUM.
