Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli trimmed
- 1 stick
- 240 ml broccoli cooking water
- 200 gr shell macaroni
- 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 gr pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 6 slices garlic (cloves sliced)
Place cooked pasta into large bowl. Pour broccoli sauce over pasta. Toss to coat and serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. YUM.
