Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 head broccoli (fresh)
- 1/4 olive oli
- 12 ounce pasta (cooked)
- 1/2 cup wine (white)
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 tb cheese for topping ready garlic (grated chopped)
Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Cook in salted water until crisp. Drain well and set aside. In a pan, melt butter in olive oil. Sautee onion until translucent. Add garlic and simmer for 1 minute. Add broccoli, and wine or broth and simmer 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. In a large bowl mix drained pasta with broccoli mixture. Toss well.
