- 20 domestic mushrooms
- 10 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 scallions (minced)
- 1 portobello mushroom
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cups pasta (cooked)
- 1/4 cup madeira wine
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 dash parsley sea salt (chopped fresh)
