Ingredients
- 2 pecan (halves)
- 2 sheets of waxed paper
- 2 flower-shaped cookie cutter
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 c butter
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 t baking powder
on cookie sheet; carefully remove to wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough, trimmings, and pecans. Store cookies in tightly covered containers.
