Ingredients
- 12 penne
- 1 firm to the bite
- 3 c tomatoes (chopped)
- 3 oz goat chees
- 3/8 c black olives (sliced)
- 2 tb balsamic vinegar
- 2 tb olive oil
- 3/4 c basil (chopped fresh)
- 2 ts garlic (crushed)
to taste. Toss untill chees begins to melt. TIPS: Apple sider vinegar can replace balsamic vinegar. Try feta chees instead of goat cheese. Use juicy ripe tomatoes to give the dalad enough liquid.
