- 4 beef rib eye steaks
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1 tb garlic powder
- 1 tb paprika
- 2 1/2 ts pepper (red)
- 2 ts thyme
- 2 ts oregano
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts lemon pepper
done. Place on a warm serving platter; cut across the grain into thick slices. Garnish with orange slices and parsley if desired.
