- 4 beef rib eye steaks
- 16 ml olive oil
- 10 gr garlic powder
- 7 gr paprika
- 5 gr pepper (red)
- 4 gr thyme
- 4 gr oregano
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr lemon pepper
done. Place on a warm serving platter; cut across the grain into thick slices. Garnish with orange slices and parsley if desired.
