Ingredients
- 1/8 liquid smoke
- 3 lb beef sirloin steak
- 1/2 c chili sauce
- 1/2 c coarsely onion (chopped)
- 1/4 c salad oil
- 2 tb soy sauce
- 1 tb dijon-style mustard
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts pepper sauce (red)
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 1 package beer
- some garlic
Mix all ingredients except steak, salt & pepper; simmer 30 minutes. Brush meat with sauce. Place steak on grill 4 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently wth sauce. Season with salt and pepper after turning and after removing from grill. Serve with remaining sauce.
