Ingredients
- 1/8 liquid smoke
- 1,400 gr beef sirloin steak
- 120 ml chili sauce
- 60 gr coarsely onion (chopped)
- 60 ml salad oil
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml dijon-style mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 2 ml pepper sauce (red)
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package beer
- some garlic
Mix all ingredients except steak, salt & pepper; simmer 30 minutes. Brush meat with sauce. Place steak on grill 10 cm from medium coals. Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently wth sauce. Season with salt and pepper after turning and after removing from grill. Serve with remaining sauce.
