- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 c beef broth
- 1/2 lb beef liver
- 2 tb butter
- 2 tb cooking oil
- 1 1/2 ts flour
- 3/4 ts kitchen bouquet
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour over mixture
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 slices onions
