- 1 clove garlic
- 350 ml beef broth
- 120 gr beef liver
- 28 gr butter
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 4 gr flour
- 4 gr kitchen bouquet
- 4 gr flour over mixture
- 2 gr pepper
- 1 gr salt
- 1 1/2 slices onions
