- 300 ml condensed milk
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts ginger
- 1/4 ts nutmeg
for about 35 minutes longer or until pastry is golden and knife inserted into centre comes out clean. Let cool on rack. Make 8 servings.
