- 110 gr brown sugar
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr ginger
- 1 gr nutmeg
for about 35 minutes longer or until pastry is golden and knife inserted into centre comes out clean. Let cool on rack. Make 8 servings.
