Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas (white)
- 1 lb pulled bbq pork
- 1 c monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 1 1/2 ounces pork over
- 4 slices bliss potatoes (red)
- 1/2 slices tortilla
- some salt and pepper
