Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas (white)
- 260 gr pulled bbq pork
- 120 gr monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 24 gr pork over
- 4 slices bliss potatoes (red)
- 1/2 slices tortilla
- some salt and pepper
