Ingredients
- 9 pastry shell
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz pumpkin (cooked)
- 14 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 c dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t flour
- 1 t cinnamon (ground)
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t nutmeg (ground)
- 1/4 t allspice (ground)
- 1/4 t ginger (ground)
until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean Cool before serving. Variation: Heat 3 or 4 custard cups of filling, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
