Ingredients
- 2 eden quinoa
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 5 5/8 c green olives
- 5 1/4 c pine nuts
- 5/8 c black olives
- 4 tb eden ume vinegar (plum)
- 2 tb eden extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c parsley
- 1/2 slices pepper (red)
- some green onions
Cook Quinoa according to package directions. Cool, then mix in remaining ingredients, adding Ume Vinegar last and seasoning to taste. Delicious as a salad or side dish. Prep Time: 20 min. Cooking Time: 20 min. Yield: 6-8 servings Copyright 1994 Eden Foods, Inc.
