Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 3 ingredients in zip top plastic ba
- 1/2 c chablis
- 4 oz snapper fillets (red)
- 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
- 1 1/2 ts olive oil
- 1/2 ts pepper (crushed red)
- 1/2 ts thyme (dried whole)
- 1/4 ts salt
over medium heat until hot. Add fish and cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
