- 3 1/2 oz peppers (roasted red)
- 3/8 c mozzarella cheese
- 1 ts olive oil
- 1 tb parmesan cheese
- 1/2 ts balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 ts basil (dried)
- 1/4 ts oregano (dried)
- 4 slices bread (whole grain)
and oregano. Spoon onto bread. Top with red pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan. 2. Bake in preheated 500'F. oven 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
