Ingredients
- 1 3/8 c water (plus)
- 2 c flour
- 1 c pizza sauce
- 1 c wheat flour (whole)
- 1 c mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 3 tb olive oil
- 3 tb cornmeal
- 1 tb yeast
- 1 1/2 ts salt
Place all dough ingredients in the machine and program for dough and first rise. At the end of final cycle remove the dough to a lightly oiled work space, cover it with a clean towel, and let rest 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 475�F. Roll the dough out to 14" circle on pan or pizza peel. Spread the sauce in a thin layer over the dough. Sprinkle on the cheese. Slide into oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
