Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 bread dough (frozen)
- 1 egg
- 1 italian seasoning
- 180 ml pizza sauce
- 45 gr mushrooms (chopped)
- 5 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 package spam luncheon meat
Heat oven to 350'F. In skillet, saute SPAM, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms until lightly browned. Divide bread dough into 6 equal parts. Roll into 15 cm circles. Brush sides with egg and sprinkle with cheese. Divide SPAM mixture among bread circles. Top with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Fold circles in half. Pinch edges together. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
