Ingredients
- 2 onions (white chopped)
- 1/2 tvp granules
- 3/8 bulb
- 3 3/8 pounds pinto beans (cooked)
- 28 oz enricos
- 1 3/8 cups sun tomatoes (dried)
- 5/8 cup water
- 2 5/8 tablespoons oil
- 2 5/8 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 3/8 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons thyme (dried)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon basil (dried)
In a large kettle, saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are translu cent. Add all remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until TVP is soft a nd flavors have blended, about 30 mins. to 1 hour.
