- 5 chinese blk (dried)
- 3 green onion
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 szechwan preserved ve
- 4 1/2 c water (cold)
- 4 1/4 cups water (cold)
- 1/4 ts oriental sesame oil
- 1/4 ts soy sauce (light)
- 1/4 ts black soy sauce
- 1/8 ts pepper (ground white)
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
