Ingredients
- 1/2 italian seasoning
- 3/4 c evaporated skim milk
- 2 c broccoli vegetable (frozen)
- 8 oz eckrich smoked sausage
- 8 oz spaghetti (uncooked)
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tb margarine
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese (grated)
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage, vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
