Ingredients
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 c breadcrumbs
- 1/4 lb beef (ground lean)
- 1/4 c apricot jam
- 1/4 lb chicken (ground)
- 1/4 lb pork (ground)
- 1/4 c milk (whole)
- 2 tb mustard (hot)
- 1 ts garlic (crushed)

Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Servings: 6
