Ingredients
- 170 lentils
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 190 g tomatoes (canned peeled)
- 60 ml olive oil
Sea salt Black pepper Boil the lentils for 5 minutes Empty the water and add 500ml of water Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes Add all the other ingredients and allow to cook on a low heat until all the ingredients are tender (takes about an hour or so) Serve when thick
