Ingredients
- 4 c rice (cooked)
- 1/2 c peanuts (roasted)
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c butter
- 3/4 ts ginger
- 1 ts cinnamon
Chopped Parsley Combine rice and peanuts. Set aside and keep warm. Combine butter and honey in a saucepan, cook over low heat just until butter melts. Stir in cinnamon and ginger. Pour over rice, stirring well. Garnish with parsley.
