Ingredients
- 1/2 croutons
- 1/2 c watercress
- 1 1/2 c spinach leaves (chopped raw)
- 3/8 c cashews
- 4 slices green onions
Vegan salad dressing -(your favorite one) Combine the spinach, watercress, green onions, and cashews in a serving bowl. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss. Eat immediately while crisp.
