Ingredients
- 1 c catsup
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 tb vinegar
- 1 tb honey
- 1 tb brown sugar
- 2 ts sauce (hot)
- 1 ts cayenne pepper
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts onion powder
- 1/2 ts thyme
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a sauce pan. Heat thoroughly. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Brush sauce over shrimp. Serve over rice with leftover sauce. Serves 4.
