Ingredients
- 6 1/2 regular potato chips (finely crushed)
- 2 eggs
- 12 ounce butterscotch chips
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in butterscotch chips and potato chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375F degree oven for 9-11 minutes or until golden. Let stand 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies
